2026 entry form and judging criteria have been revised and are now available below. Please review ALL Show Entry Rules/Instructions, Entry Divisions and Categories. Complete ALL sections of the entry form and if required for Non-Members, pay the Non-Member Fee of $15 per quilt via the PayPal link. Your completed form is automatically sent to the Quilt Show Entry Coordinator and an Email confirming your entry will be sent to the email address you provided in the form. Please email an image of your competed quilt top, indicating quilt name, to quiltshow@elliscountyquilters.com.
